Located in the Quaint Village Center of Mellieha, You Will Find Tosca. Specialising in Mediterranean cuisine doesn’t mean we’re one-dimensional. We happily offer the whole spectrum of the southern Mediterranean dining, which we can pair with a vast array of the best wines and other beverages. Our dining operation at Tosca Restaurant is headed by our chef – Jean Paul.
