Welcome to Sharma Ethnic Cuisines, a now established and popular restaurant that has now moved to Portomaso Marina, St. Julian's after 5 years in Mdina. We offer an eclectic mix of traditional cuisines from India, North Africa, and the Mediterranean. Sharma's decor is inspired by the ancient spice trading route which used to run from India, through the Middle East and lead to North Africa and the Mediterranean. Interaction between these different cultures over the centuries influenced their respective cuisines and customs, which have evolved into those we are accustomed to today. At Sharma, we try to offer something more than just food and drink. We trust that the authentic presentation of the various cuisines on offer will stimulate your senses.
